Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel comfortable and confident with every purchase from Still Me Boutique.

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with tags attached.

To begin a return, please contact us before sending your item back. We will provide instructions for your return. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item so we can make it right.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including final-sale items, gift cards, or items marked non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit-card company to process the refund.
