Return & Refund Policy
At Still Me Boutique, I want you to love what you ordered and, most importantly, feel good wearing it. I understand that sometimes an item simply isn't the right fit, and I want the return process to be as easy as possible.
Most eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Because Still Me Boutique offers products from a variety of suppliers and collections, some items may have different return requirements or may be considered final sale. When different terms apply, they will be noted with the product or communicated as part of the return process.
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free from perfume, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or other signs of wear. Original tags should remain attached when applicable.
Final-sale items, gift cards, intimate or personal-use items, and merchandise specifically identified as non-returnable are not eligible for return.
Before returning an item, please contact Still Me Boutique with your name and order number so we can provide the appropriate return instructions. Please do not send an item back without first receiving return instructions, as return locations may vary depending on the product.
Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Once an eligible return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If something isn't right with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and, when possible, photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
Exchanges
Because inventory and availability can change quickly, we cannot guarantee that another size, color, or style will be available. Please contact us and we'll be happy to help you determine the best option.
